I was born on August 30, 1970, premature weighing 2lbs staying in the hospital for 3 months. (Jackson Memorial) in Miami, FL Dade County. My mother was young between 15-18 when she possibly gave birth to me. My mother was said to be tall with blondish highlighted hair & completed the 11 grade & stopped. My mother had a Mother & Father & 8 siblings. My 2 of my mother’s sister’s also had children that who became a "Ward" of the State of Florida. I have a biological brother & we were adopted together. Our name at birth was Wanda & Warren I believe because we were only 10 months apart & my brother had his leg & arm broken at 4 months. I believe that many of my biological family have roots in Nigeria or One of the Coastal Islands off the Gulf of Mexico. My biological parents were said to be plagued by substance issues and died at 18 & 21.
