I am looking for family and friends of Carlos Cooper, my biological father. I don’t know where he is from. All I know is he was married to my biological mother, Helen, for a short time. I also understand he had a daughter named Odessa, possibly from Georgia. I was told that Odessa wanted nothing to do with me. I can’t blame Odessa for that. She and I, however, probably have something in common in that neither of us liked Helen! I was born in Sandersville Georgia, November, 1950, and raised in Jacksonville Florida. I was adopted with my half-sister when I was less than a year old and given the name Sarah Frances Tucker. I would love to learn more about Carlos Cooper and Odessa. Any help is appreciated.
