My adopted mother Orene Peeples Winkleman was a nurse whom I believe was involved in the birthing process. Her husband was George Winkleman. I was born at a home in downtown Jacksonville, FL. Was always told birth date was 4/10/1953 and have birth certificate however I have also found another birth certificate that indicated 3/10/1953 almost seemed as though it was fake. The birth certificate makes it look as though I was born to Orene and George Winkleman. Therefore I believe an illegal adoption.
