On Sept 21, 1964 my cousin by marriage was born in Palm Beach County Fl. She was then taken by the Florida Welfare department and placed in foster home. In May 24, 1966 she was adopted by James Otto Vogler and Elizabeth Ann Burgin Vogler. She was born in Good Samaritan Hospital of palm beach county. I have used Ancestry.com for my own family looking for a sibling I did not know I have until recently. But I have put that away until I can help my cousin find her parents. She has had some medical issues come up that she need her bio family medical info to help. She is currently under medical care and is trying to find them so they may have the answers she needs.
