Our mother's name is Lisa Boudreau‚ and she is 51. William has a full blood sister‚ Alycia Keeley. William's dad's name is Robert James Wagner (RJ). The adoption was closed so my mother does not have much more information about it. She believes his adopted family changed his name‚ but I believe that is just speculation.
