My daughter was born in St. Petersburg, FL. at the downtown hospital near Central Street/Ave thru catholic social services and I lived in a group home that was managed or owned/operated by the Shepherds, this house was on 4th street and 13th Avenue St. Petersburg. She was born 9/11/78 at 4:15 PM. I think about her everyday and I really want to meet her and make sure she knows our family history and why she was adopted out.
