I’m trying to help my husband find his birth family. He was born December 30 of 1989 we think in the Ocala florida area. He was adopted at like 4 days old. His adoptive parents lived in the Philly/Jersey area. We think his birth parents have the surnames of James and Smith or something. We’ve heard the names Betty and Richard before but we don’t know if that’s accurate because we need to get the info from his adoptive mom.
