Baby boy born at Tampa General Hospital around December 27-31 1982 or 1983. I was told by the birth mother (around 18-19) and her sister Star (age around 20-21) who went to Robinson High School around 1980-82. Star worked at MacDill AFB commissary. Raul met Star's sister at the ABC Lounge off Gandy Blvd. around 1982-83. Birth mother had black hair Caucasian. Birth father Raul Proctor (age 22 at the time) is from The Republic of Panama‚ and of Spanish decent‚ and also worked at MacDill AFB commissary at the time with my adopted American father who was a Sargent at the base. Star said that the baby looked just like me. I was told to sign adoption papers to give up my rights as the biological father and was never given a choice to see the child. I was told the child would be put up for adoption. I was very young and didn't know any better. I would like to meet my son. I don't know his name. My name is Raul Proctor and lived in Villa Rica FL during this time. I now live in North Carolina.. I am on Ancestry.com DNA. My son would be around the age of 42 possible dark skin‚ black hair‚ 5'10-6'. He has several Proctor step sisters and brothers who would like to meet him. Star and her family lived in a Duplex behind the ABC Liquor Lounge off Gandy Blvd.
