Around 2007- 2008 I was contacted by the adoption agency. I was told that my birth mother may be terminally ill and seeking to connect. I was going thru a divorce and other issues which prevented me from engaging at that time. I was also told my mother had what sounded like mental health issues and that I have a younger half-sister. I’d like to find her and get some family medical information.
