HI I am looking for my birth mother and or father, I was born in Lakeland Florida on September 14th 1970, at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. I had a motorcycle accident in 2015 and have a Tramatic Brain Injury and am looking for my parents for medical information, if nothing else. I understand they put me up for adoption for a reason and would respect that fully but would love to at least get medical information if they are not looking for a reunion. If looking for a reunion I am very open to meeting but that is only if they are okay with it. Thank you
