My mom, Margret Jayne Ransbottom gave birth at 19 years old to a baby girl in 1977. She made the heartbreaking choice to put her daughter up for adoption in order for the baby to have the life her mother couldn’t give her. She had shared her love and loss of her daughter with her two other children. She wanted to find her daughter but was afraid she would not be welcomed and could cause more harm.
