My name is David Richard Miller and I was born on August 8th 1991 in Tampa Florida at Humana Women’s Hospital (Now St.Joseph’s I believe but I am not sure) and adopted through private Attorneys named J. Weston Sigmond and Natalie B. Shasha. My Father was listed as being 24 years old at the time, he is from Tampa Florida, his ethnicity was Spanish (from Europe) and English, he was listed as having brown hair, hazel eyes, 5’9, 165 lbs, he was employed doing work on oil pipeline (Perhaps in Louisiana? implied in paperwork, not sure), he has 3 brothers listed age 26 (employed as a fireman), 28 (employed in carpetry business), and 33 (attorney), and his parents were both 55 years old, his father was a ’home maker’ (not sure what that implies) and supposedly suffered hearing loss due to trauma and his mother was a ramp agent for an airline and supposedly needed reading glasses. My mother was listed as being 21 years old at the time, she is from Louisiana, her ethnicity was English, was listed as having brown hair, brown eyes, 5’1.5, 128 lbs, no employment is listed, she had 2 sisters, aged 13 and 14 respectively, and 3 brothers (who were listed as deceased for some reason although I am not sure as it seems to suggest she only had 3 siblings total), she has no father listed and her mother is listed as being 45 years old and employed as a ’home maker’ (once again not sure what that implies) and supposedly needed glasses. One of my parents blood types is listed as O- (not sure, it is a note scribbled in a bottom corner suggesting this). I have 1 older full brother who was also adopted out, he was 7 months old at the time the paperwork for my adoption was filled out on 1/9/1991, which would make him 27 years old right now. I supposedly also have a younger full sister who was not put up for adoption. I was adopted by a doctor named David Augustus Miller and his wife Kathleen Rose Miller. I am not sure if my biological parents would have access to this information as my adoption was supposedly closed.
