I am the Step Mother of the adopted person. She is in trouble with drugs and mental illness and has attempted suicide. We need help and I think she needs to know her birth mother. Her dad (my husband) contacted adoption agency who contacted her birthmother who said she would love to hear from her. They will not give us her contact information and we are desperate. Please help.
