My name is Andre Polito and I was 3 days old when I was adopted. I was born on October 6‚ 1970‚ in Haeleagh‚ Florida. From my understanding‚ it was a closed adoption and my adoptive parents names were Edward and Barbara Ann Polito. Both my adoptive parents are deceased and I am going on 54 years with some medical health issues and I need to obtain the health issues of my biological parents. My daughter‚ who is 20 years old has also developed some medical conditions and they are not from her maternal side so it would be from my side. My adoptive parents attorney was Bruce Resnick. Any information that can be given would be greatly appreciated.
