I really don’t have much information. All I really know is he was born Scott Michael Tackett on Jan 16, 1968. He was a premature baby by 7 weeks. He only weighed 4lbs 1oz. His father was older than his mother. He was born in Miami Fl. Adopted on Nov 22, 1970 and his name was changed to Michael Paul Winslow. He has DNA file on 23 and Me. He really wants to know his roots and I’m trying to help him find them. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you in advance.
