I was Born in Miami, Florida adopted parents lived in Cleveland, Ohio. My Birth mother lived in Cleveland also, was sent away to Miami to have baby (me), adopted at birth. Picked up in Miami by my adopted Mother’s Sister (Nettie Carcione - deceased) Live Florida Birth Certificate has my ADOPTED PARENTS names on it! (Marietta and Joseph Serio - deceased) No adoption papers exist in Ohio or Florida. Total dead end! Possible last name of Birth Mother or Father (Baumer) Looking for info on family medical history. Help!
