The birth was at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater Florida. The adoption agency used was adoption Advocates and that’s in Seminole. It wasn’t open the door options we received pictures and letters early on in the adoption and have not received anything in a couple years. Her birth name was Lauren Kellogg. And her adoptive family gave her the first name of Brooke. I’m not sure on the last name.
