The agency I used is Children’s Home Society in Brevard County FL. He as born at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne‚ FL. He is a biracial child and I do not believe the parents were Florida residents. There was a big controversy surrounding his adoption which bothers Mr to this day.
