I was known as baby girl Harper on paper. On my original birth certificate which was altered it says that I was born in Jacksonville Florida and my birth mother’s name was Christine J Harper. There was no hospital name and no father’s name. I think this is a made-up name. My parents lived in New York and they had another birth certificate created for me from the state of New York. All this makes me think it was done through a lawyer . This is what I know.
