I have since found out who my biological mother was - Kathleen Lucy Marsh - She was married to Terry Shugart but not living together when I was born. She married Terry in California and then she went back to live with some family in Tallahassee, FL - I was born there in Tallahassee. Terry is not my biological father. Through DNA searches I have found out a Daniel Thomas Howard is highly linked to me. He is from San Diego, CA. If anyone knows anything about this story I would love to know more.
