The adoptions took place in 1990 and 1994 when the mother and I were basically homeless and were told by DCF they would take kids. The adoption was facilitated by children’s home society. We tried to reach out a few times and couldn’t find anyone to speak with that could help us. The girls were delivered in Gainesville Florida.
