I was born at Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach florida on March 13th, 1999. Left in hospital to be placed in foster care then picked up by adoptive parents, Teresa Schellekens, on March 17th, 1999. I know of my birth mom, Jody Zack, who currently resides in Orange Park, Florida. I traveled to Florida in 2015 (16 years old) to try and meet her but when it came to the day of meeting her, she went MIA and stood me up. I know nothing about my birth father besides his name being “Henry” and that he’s dead. I’ve heard he has other children but I don’t know anything more than Henry and his height was 5’9”. I’m wanting to get some questions answered and hopefully get more information on my birthdad side.
