I was born in Panama City, Bay County, Florida on August 17,1969 and brought home by my adoptive parent on August 26,1969. I was adopted through Florida State Department of Public Welfare Adoption Placement Services. My Adoption Placement Worker was Mrs. June A. McLain. I was told by my adoptive mother via. the adoption agency, that my birth mother was blonde, blue eyed, and pretty smile. I was also told she was 15 and my birth father 16.
