Im looking for my 24 yr old daughter Brittany Ann Ormsby AKA : Brittany Ann Wallace. I do know that shen was a ward of the state of florida until she turned 18. She was not adopted by the lady she lives with but when Brittany turned 18 the lady filed for and received leagle guardianship of her and changed her last name at that time. Ive been in contact with the guardian her name is Victoria Ormsby and they reside in Lakewood Ranch Florida. I first made contact with Victoria right after Brittany turned 18 and even mailed pictures of myself and my 2 youngest children to Victoria and she refused to even tell Brittany that ive made contact . Ive attempted to make contact several more times since then and she ( Victoria Ormsby ) refuses my calls. Please if anyone can help me find and reunite with my daughter.
