Looking for a baby girl adopted in Florida Born Jacksonville Florida Duval County at Shands Jacksonville We believe the Adopted parents may have lived in south Florida. Agency was Adoption Placement Inc. {I think they have gone out of business all Emails sent have been returned. I have names of Director and Counselor this was to be a open adoption with pictures to be sent yearly, We have attempted to contact a few times but no response. We have adoption file numbers for both Baby Girl Fick and Mother Michele Fick (Michele passed away in 2003.} Her Half Brother would like to find her. She would be 17 this year and hope to find her.
