The male child was possibly stolen or adopted illegally. My father was always told he was found by Hillsborough County‚ FL‚ Sheriffs during a drug bust in a deplorable state‚ very dirty and malnourished‚ and with cigarette burns on his body. The child had brown hair‚ brown eyes‚ droopy eyelids‚ white skin‚ and one parent who is possibly Hispanic. The last name "Arnold" pops up with the closest matches on DNA. Places of significance are Valrico‚ FL‚ Brandon‚ FL‚ and Hillsborough County‚ FL. Told birthdate was June 28‚ 1974.
