I was born on 22 June 1982 at Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa. My birth mother — I believe her name may have been Alemnesh Ayele — left me there but came back looking for me afterward. I was then placed at Kechene Orphanage for Girls‚ and in 1984 I was adopted to Sweden through Adoptionscentrum‚ with help from Gunnel Nahum in Ethiopia. I'm searching for my birth mother and any biological family.
