I am helping a 30 year old male find his birth parents. He was adopted at age 11 from a orphanage in Estonia. His name is Alexander Valari and was born June 3. 1990. His father’s name is Vladimir Pirogoff (not sure of spelling of last name). Birth mother’s first name is Latasha (not sure of last name). They were not married. Both parents spent time with Alexander while he was in an orphanage prior to being adopted by the Lundy’s from the USA.
