Hi there ! I was born Tiiu Suvi in the rakvere area of Estonia. I was taken from rakvere to an orphanage in kuressarre children’s home by I believe my father who first name was Toomas. There was no name listed for my mother. However my adoptive mother remembers talk about my mom being incarcerated at the time of my birth. I’d love to know if anyone can find my father toomas or my mother or anyone who was aware of my birth in march 1991.
