My brother was born 23rd april but I am not sure of the year. He was placed in temporary foster care in leigh on sea essex for a month or 2 and then placed with a couple. The couple were a man who was very tall and possibly had ginger hair my mum recals he was refered to as a chemist so mite have been a doctor or medical person the lady was foreign with tanned skin and dark hair. My mum took philip to a school in basildon where the couple collected him. My mothers name breda teresa sullivan (o sullivan) the adoptive family said thst they would change philips name but keep philip as his middle name.
