My name now is Martha Patricia Hosler. I am trying to find my birth parents‚ who dropped me off in a basket at an orphanage in Quito‚ Ecuador. My birth certificate states my name as Martha Patricia Perez Perez‚ so my parents' last name is Perez. I came to the USA with 3 other children who were adopted at the same time by other adoptive parents who lived in Claymont‚ Delaware‚ and nearby PA. I was adopted by my adoptive family when we lived in Claymont‚ Delaware. The Ecuadorian Council in Phila‚ PA helped approve the adoption. We later moved to Newark‚ Delaware‚ and then Wilmington‚ Delaware‚ and in 2003 moved to Lehighton‚ Pennsylvania.
