I am searching for my brother. He would have been born & adopted between 1954-1960 in Dublin. He searched & found our birth mother in the mid 2000’s but she refused to acknowledge him. She left me when I was 3 yrs old and refused to accept me despite seeing me at family gatherings several times throughout my life. It was only confirmed to me recently that I have an older brother. Without a name or date of birth it is almost impossible to search. I may now have a name and dob for him... just can’t be sure. I don’t know what else I can do apart from keep searching somehow. Our birth mother was Mary Theresa EGAN From Tipperary. I FOUND HIM… sadly deceased but his son and extended family are amazing. They have embraced and accepted me and we are all in contact.
