My name is Lillie and I was born Josephine Buckley in August 1957, in St Patrick’s Home, Navan Road, Dublin. I was adopted 18 months later. My birth mother’s name is/was Elizabeth Buckley and she was approximately 21 when she gave birth to me. I have been told that I have a sibling, most likely a boy, who was born two years before me, and was adopted from the same place, St Patrick’s Home in Dublin, but he was adopted to the United States. I have been told his name is/was John. I have found my own birth certificate in central records in Dublin, but I could not locate "John’s". I am keen to meet my birth mother, but even more keen to find my brother (or maybe sister!)
