I know her birth name was Caroline and she was adopted from a mother and baby home in Letterkenny in 1985/86Mother’s name at the time was Sarah Carol/Carol Sarah and the surname used could have been either Harkin or Reid. Mother is from Derry. My sister was in a mother and baby home in Letter Kenny. This is the only information I have I have uploaded my DNA obtained through Ancestry.com
