I am looking for Patricia Kay Beach, I was born in St Anthony’s Hospital St Petersburg Florida. I was in foster care and adopted I believe in 1973 maybe 72. My birth grandmother’s name is Lillian Beach. She worked for pcas Pinellas County Alcohol Services. I was raised by my birth father Walter J Tidwell and his wife who adopted me. I have met her once in my teens and we were in contact for a while however she lived in Mandeville Louisiana and Hurricane Katrina destroyed the area and I’ve been unable to locate her since.
