I found out in 2016 that I have a half brother!! My mother was forced by her parents to give up a child (son) out of wedlock somewhere in July of 1958-59. She was either sent to St Ann’s in MD/DC or Florence Crittenton in DC. I have very little information. My full brother and I have done Ancestry and 23 and me with no luck at this point. :( With all these DNA sites, I was seriously hoping it would a lot easier than this. My full brother even does our geneology and has a lot of insight on pulling information with no leads... Maybe "he" doesn’t want to be found or maybe "he" doesn’t know he is adopted. I just don’t know where else to go. Adoption records are sealed... I would just love to meet my brother. :)
