My father is William Brown‚ now 50‚ born in DC (in trinity hospital I believe) in November 1966. He was sick for a while and put into foster care in NYC in 1967. The birth certificate says his mothers name is Constance O. Brown and she had one child before him. I am his daughter and would like to learn more about this other side of my family.
