I know that my birth mother was 16yrs old. I was placed in DC Chidrens Village until I was at 1yrs old than I was placed with my foster parents Earl & Ella Camp. They later adopted me when I was between 6-7yrs old. I know my birth name was Kim Minor. I remember my having an Aunt & Uncle name Gloria & Bill that visited me . I’m not sure what relationship they were to my birth mom.
