Looking for my biological parents‚ not real sure of the details of my adoption. Both of my adopted parents have since past and my adoption was kept from me until later in life. My adopted parents were George Vincent & Patricia Vincent (Fowler). I was adopted in Maryland or Washington DC. My adopted parents lived on Eastern Ave until we moved to Florida when I was 3yo.
