Hi, My name is Asia Stroud and my mother’s name is Regina Kibat (Stroud). My mother was 16 when she gave birth, at Greater Southeast Community Hospital in Southeast Washington DC, to a biracial daughter she named Raven. The date of birth was August 26, 1985, and the adoption agency used was Lutheran Social Services. She was told the adoptive family already had another child they had also adopted. Not a day goes by we haven’t wondered about where Raven is and what path life took her on. I am looking to get in touch to answer any questions or just to know she’s out there and she’s okay.
