Adopted at 11 days from Family and Child Services of The District. Marie O’Conner case worker. Believed born at Georgetown hospital. Birth mother was not yet 21 and maybe from PA, youngest of 8 children, petite, excellent at sports.father was about 30, married had a handicapped daughter,worked for government. He went to the agency with birth mom which our case worker said was very unusually. These are some things we were told by our case worker, may not be totally accurate
