To Whom It May Concern: My son was born at GWUniversity hospital ‚Washington‚ DC ‚ on November 12‚ 1963. Patrick weighed 6 lbs‚ 9 oz‚ 20 inches long.At the time I was residing at the Florence Crittendon home‚ Reservoir Road‚ Washington‚ DC I had him baptized at Our Lady of Victory Church which was located a short distance from the home. Mrs. Garrity was my Social Worker-at the home. The adoption process went through the Welfare Department in Washington‚ DC. I do not recall her name. I took care of my son at the home for the maximum amount of time allowed which was twelve days.He was then picked up by the social worker‚ placed in foster care for one night then given to his new parents…He had on a blue outfit when he left the home.. He was absolutely Beautiful with eyes as blue as the ocean. The only information I received from Mrs Garrity was that Patrick’s Dad had his own business in Washington‚ DC.
