Born to Black (mixed?) man and Caucasian woman when they were approximately early-to-mid 20’s. Possible: paternal grandmother involved going thru adoption process birth parents worked at same restaurant both college graduates. Adoption handled by D.C. Child and Family Services. Two social workersone for mother (Caucasian employee) another for me (Black employee)due to time of segregation. Spent 8.5 months in foster careappear to be white, but "non-adoptable" due to Black mixture. I do not want to disrupt anyone’s privacy, but am seeking to be contacted by birth parents or family for medical information and general history.
