My son was born at Hadley Hospital in Washington DC. I signed him over to Social Svcs. on 9/13/57 as I recall. His father was Allen Osborne of MD. He worked at the DC airiport repairing airplanes. He is now deceased. I believe he was a policeman in Sacrameto CA. Nice looking with a great sense of humor but no understanding of the needs of my baby and me. How I regret having to give my baby to others. Children mean everything to me and I have taken care of children since I was 13 years old. Have given free care to children since 1995. I have never seen a child I didn’t love.
