I believe he may have been born in Washington DC at DC General Hospital. His mother’s name was Nellie Florence Greene. He then was placed in foster care, from there he was placed in an orphanage in Maryland, possibly St. Anne or Mary not sure of name, then he was possibly adopted. I’m not sure of the time sequence these occurred. I am his middle biological sister, there is an older half sister located in Atlanta and a host of other relatives located in the DMV that I’ve located. I have struggled with attempts to find him secondary to retaining legal representation.
