On behalf of Ebony Taylor- Capron. I had a closed adoption in September of 1996. I was born June 24‚ 1996 in Washington D.C. at Columbia womens hospital. I am looking for my biological mother and 2 brothers. My bio mom name is Karen L Williams. My mother lost custody of me at birth. I was placed at Kai House. The Kai House closed in the early 2000s. Her birthday is in Dec 6‚ 1974. I have two older brothers‚ born in 1994 and 1991. I have included a baby picture of me. I have found some of my biological family through ancestory. I am currently looking for my 2 male siblings. When I was born my name was listed as baby girl Williams. I don’t have a picture of my mother but I was told she looks like Jane Kennedy.
