In 1961‚ a baby boy was born most likely at Sibley Hospital or maybe another (Providence?). The doctor who handled everything‚ including the adoption was Dr. William Robert Perkins. The father is unknown - the birth mother was divorced at the time of conception. Her names was Arlene Ann Birch Guthrie (later remarried to become a DeVaughn). The birth mother was born in 1942 I was born in 1957 and the adopted child sometime in 1961 (to the best of our knowledge). As a child‚ I had brown hair‚ brown eyes. Mother had brown hair‚ blue eyes. Please note: I never knew about this sibling until recently. Would be great to know what happened with him and praying his life was good. Birth mother would have been about 19 at the time. Hey‚ brother‚ let me know you are there!
