I am searching for the daughter of my grandmother Rosaline Peeler. She was 15 when she had the baby at DC General. The baby was premature and after visiting the baby in the hospital a few times Rosaline came one day to find out that her mother had given the baby up for adoption. She gave birth the summer (probably July- August) of 1964 maybe 1965. My grandmother is in the profile picture on the right and is now 70 years old born 4/17/1949. The baby came out with a dark color complexion.
