I am looking for my daughter that I gave up for adoption I believe it was 1990 could have been 1991 I gave birth in Wilmington Delaware I gave her a birth name of Charlotte Moore that was also my name I went through youth and family services in Delaware my daughter is of mix race I am Hawaiian and her father was african american she would be 22 now and I have been on other sites trying to find her I had 7 children 2 were placed up for adoption with the same agency I found my other daughter actually she found her brothers on facebook she was raised in delaware as I’m sure Charlotte was‚(that was the name I gave her) her adopted parents probably changed it but I know for sure I was on her birth certificate.
