My dad was born October 23rd, 1950 in Lockport, New York and adopted from an orphanage around age 6 months. He grew up in Delaware. I have identified his birth mother (since deceased) through 23andme and am aware of the names of two older and two younger half siblings. All I know about his father is that he had significant Italian background and was not married to the mother. I am hoping to find anyone with information that could help me identify him. My primary interest is in whether or not he was an Italian citizen or if perhaps his (my grandfather’s) parents were.
